Themistius. Oration XIV. Ambassadorial speech to Emperor Theodosius I
(Translation from ancient Greek and comments by I.Yu. Shabaga)

Abstract: The work publishes a translation into Russian of the 14th speech of the politician, philosopher and rhetorician Themistius to Emperor Theodosius. The speech was delivered in the early spring of 379 in Thessalonica regarding the proclamation of Theodosius as co-ruler of Gratianus.
