Л. Корнелий Цинна, Populi Italici и Bellum Octavianum: «италийский вопрос» в 87–85/84 гг. до н. э.

Аннотация: Данное исследование посвящено вопросам, связанным с участием италиков в противостоянии консулов 87 г. до н. э. Л. Корнелия Цинны и Гн. Октавия, а также мероприятиям циннанского режима в «италийском вопросе» в 86–85/84 гг. до н. э. Инспирированные Цинной в 86–84 гг. до н. э. закон о предоставлении римского гражданства италикам-дедитициям (lex Cornelia de dediticiis populis civitate danda), «муниципальный» закон (lex Cornelia municipalis) и проведение ценза в 86/85 гг. до н. э. помогли преодолеть острые противоречия в Италии, возникшие после окончания Союзнической войны. Таким образом, данные меры, с одной стороны, стали логическим завершением т. н. «италийского вопроса» в римской политике, а с другой – фактически запустили т. н. «муниципализацию» Италии. Вместе с этим циннанцы/марианцы также инициировали процесс адаптации римской formula census на местах.

L. Cornelius Cinna, Populi Italici and Bellum Octavianum: the "Italian Question" in 87–85/84 BCE

Abstract: This study is devoted to issues related to the participation of the Italians in the struggle of L. Cornelius Cinna and Cn. Octavius (coss. 87 BCE), as well as the activities of the Cinnans in the "Italian question" in 86–85/84 BCE. Such measures inspired by Cinna in 86–84 BCE as the law granted Roman citizenship to the Italici-dediticii (lex Cornelia de deediticiis populis civitate danda), the Cinnan "municipal" law (lex Cornelia municipalis), and the census in 86/85 BCE helped to overcome the sharp contradictions in Italy that arose after the end of the Social war. These measures, on the one hand, became the logical conclusion of the so-called "Italian question" in Roman politics, and on the other hand, they actually initiated the so-called "municipalization" of Italy. At the same time, the Cinnans/Marians also initiated a local adaptation of the Roman formula census.
